Two voices come to mind. One is the voice we love to hear. It's a soft voice that says go to sleep, that's fine. Well, at midnight another voice wakes you up. You have to work harder. You didn't spend much time. This is the voice you want to run away from, this is the voice you don't want to hear, this is the voice you need to hear. People offer goals, dreams, aspirations, and whatever they want to achieve, but you rarely hear people say what they are willing to sacrifice to achieve it. They will tell you their purpose, dreams, and aspirations. They will tell you that they want to be elite.
