How is hard work rewarded? How do work hard to help you reach your dreams, goals, aspirations, and success? What is hard work in life?

Two voices come to mind. One is the voice we love to hear. It's a soft voice that says go to sleep, that's fine. Well, at midnight another voice wakes you up. You have to work harder. You didn't spend much time. This is the voice you want to run away from, this is the voice you don't want to hear, this is the voice you need to hear. People offer goals, dreams, aspirations, and whatever they want to achieve, but you rarely hear people say what they are willing to sacrifice to achieve it. They will tell you their purpose, dreams, and aspirations. They will tell you that they want to be elite. They will tell you that they want to be great, but they do not want to sacrifice for it. You are not getting up when you have to get up, you are delaying, but you let yourself slip. Don't sit with people who are with you only when you have something to encourage them, they are not the ones you want to hang out with. No matter what the situation is, no matter how you are, you have to stop telling yourself that you are doing enough.

Listen to the ticking of the clock, and time waits for no one, life passes, and passes fast. Don't waste these years, don't waste them, leave them alone, you are afraid to set aside and do nothing. Waking up in six days or six weeks or six years or 60 years and being no closer to your goal you've made no progress that is the nightmare that is what you really need to be afraid of being stagnant, so get up and go that idea isn't going to execute itself that book isn't going to write itself those weights out in the gym they aren't going to move, You have to do it, and you have to do it now, don't wait any longer, don't think anymore, don't plan anymore, don't think anymore, don't make any more excuses or justifications, don't justify anything.

Take the first step, take action now, no complacency no backing off no slack whatsoever no more dreaming, dreaming is over  need specifics what are you doing on Monday what are you doing on Tuesday what are you doing on Wednesday you need to be very specific it's time to put your pieces together of your puzzle۔  you need to be in a big damn hurry time is running out on you there are 86,400 seconds in a day the separator between me and you and people that win, and lose is what we do with those seconds, and you're too slow you're too casual you think too much you need to get in a hurry because there's an end of your life, and it's coming sooner than you think it goes by in a flicker and at some point, it's going to be over, and we want to make a conscious deliberate determined effort to start living life with a sense of urgency and using what we've got using ourselves up sharing what we brought into the universe to share, because if we don't, nobody else will stop wasting valuable time if we begin to live our lives as if each day where our last our lives will take on a whole new meaning when you die when life is over for you, You have no thoughts left, you have no dreams at the time of death, you break every CD that slows you down, you write every book you had to write, you want to get everything out of your system. Are We will get a single shot on this gig.

 Over Earth's long history, there have been dramatic changes to our climate, The ice ages have come and gone, and what's surprising is that there's a strong pattern that explains why Ice Ages happen when they do, this is called the Milankovitch cycle, named after Milutin Milankovitch, his theory explains how the earth's climate changes over hundreds of thousands of years, his theory is based on two key ideas:

 First, the Earth's climate is strongly affected by how much sunlight the northern latitudes receive during the summer, Second, this amount of sunlight varies based on changes in the Earth's orbit and rotation.

Why are the northern latitudes so important? It's because of ice, when sunlight hits the ground, most of the energy is absorbed as heat, but if the ground is covered in ice, most of the light reflects away because ice is white, which creates a positive feedback loop, Ice forms when it's cold, but ice also reflects light, making it colder which forms more ice, so ice is really important for climate, the northern and southern hemispheres both contain lots of ice, but there's more ice in the north because there's more land, land has a lower heat capacity than water which means that water doesn't change temperature as easily as land does this is why coastal regions are generally milder, and why ice forms more easily on land, just look at the difference between the northern and southern hemispheres, in the south, there are ice caps that grow during its winter but not nearly as much as they do in the north, during the winter the land above the Arctic Circle is covered in darkness experiencing twilight 24 hours a day, it's very cold and lots of ice forms during the winter, and this is true no matter what's going on with Earth's orbit, the key variable here is how much ice melts during the summer, this depends on how much sunlight there is during the summer, now you might think, that this doesn't change, but it does.

 Milankovic showed that over hundreds of thousands of years, the amount of summer sunlight can shift plus or minus 15%, which can bring ice ages, this can end ice ages, how can the amount of summer sunlight be change? First, the distance from the earth to the Sun is changing, and second, the earth's tilt is changing, the Earth's axis is currently tilted at 23.5 degrees, but this changes, as other objects influence the earth gravitationally nudging its tilt up and down, every 41,000 years, it cycles up and down, when the earth is more tilted there's more sunlight during the summer, more summer sunlight means that more of our ice melts away, with less ice on the ground less light is reflected away giving us a warmer climate, the earth is unusual in that its tilt doesn't change very much, earth has a very large moon which stabilizes its tilt.

Mars has two tiny moons and so its tilt changes much more dramatically, the next effect is the distance from the earth to the Sun, the Earth's orbit is not a circle it's an ellipse, every fourth of July, we celebrate aphelion: the day that the earth is farthest from the sun, then in January the earth moves closest to the Sun, now the planets Jupiter and Saturn both nudge the earth causing its orbit to shift slightly becoming either more oval or more circular, this happens over 100,000 years, this effect is wildly exaggerated in this diagram, It actually looks more like this, you can barely even see that the distance to the Sun is changing, but this subtle change has important consequences for our climate.

Earth as a whole receives 6% more sunlight during January than it does in July, the seasons change because the North Pole sometimes tilts towards the Sun and sometimes tilts away, the change in the distance to the Sun, works against the change in the seasons, this moderates the seasons in the North since the earth is the farthest away in July, but this was not always true, the Earth's axis is moving in a circle, it's spinning like atop, this is called precession, in fact, and what this means is that 13,000 years ago the tilt of the earth was reversed, when the earth was closest to the Sun, it was summer in the North, the distance change didn't oppose the seasons, it amplified seasons making them more extreme, now warmer summer means more melting, more melting means less reflection which means the climate as a whole is warmer, the amount of summer sunlight is affected by three long-term cycles:

 The richest countries in the world are the countries that have the most suicide, anxiety, depression, and physical pain; the more we have a good life, lots of food, lots of fun stuff, and lots of medicines, to protect us from illness and pain, we've clearly reached some kind of tipping point we're now essentially more miserable than ever and the question is why? 

The Social Dilemma! Your solution to this modern problem, and it's a modern problem that we all have is to one of the most findings in Neuroscience in the last hundred years is that pleasure and pain are co-located by which, that the same parts of the brain that process pleasure also process pain, and they work like opposite sides of the balance so when we do something that's pleasurable or reinforcing or rewarding that balance tips to the side of pleasure when we experience something painful like cutting our finger it tips to the side of pain but one of the overarching rules governing this balance is that it wants to remain level it doesn't want to be tipped for very long either to pleasure or pain and the brain will work very hard to restore a level balance or what neuroscientists call homeostasis it's really a biological imperative not just in our own physiologic symptoms but in the universe to go to homeostasis and that any deviation from neutrality is actually a form of stress in fact biologists define stress as a deviation in either direction and that's really the key the problem with modern life and one of the main problems with modern life is that we have too many pleasurable substances and behaviors and that is actually stressing us out it's literally stressful.

So, when we do something just obviously pleasurable like having a beer or playing a video game or eating a piece of chocolate it depends on who you are because people are different but in general those things are pleasurable to many people what we do is we get a little tilt to the pleasure side, and we get the release of dopamine in our brains reward pathway which is this evolutionarily phylogenetically conserved very old part of the brain that's been unchanged in our brains for just millennia and is also identical in other species all the way down to the lizard which is why it's sometimes called the lizard brain, our evolution meant that we've piled a bunch of other layers on top but that part is exactly the same as it's always been, and it's the part that gets us again to approach pleasure and avoid pain but here's really the key the way that the brain restores a level balance or homeostasis after this deviation to the pleasure side is to not just bring it level again but tilt it in equal and opposite amount to the side of pain and that's called the opponent process reaction and sort of thing that is these little gremlins that represent neuro
 adaptation hopping on the pain side of the balance, but they like it on the balance, so they stay on until it's tipped and equal and opposite amount, that moment of wanting just one more video game, another beer another piece of chocolate now if we wait a little because it's a powerful physiologic drive to reach for more if we wait the gremlins hop off that feeling passes and homeostasis is restored, and we want homeostasis to be restored it's really important because it's fundamental to the resilience of this system because when the system is at baseline homeostasis it's sensitive right it senses new pleasures it's aware of potential dangers and painful things, so we know to avoid them but let's look at what happens if we instead of waiting for those gremlins to hop off instead immediately reach for another beer another piece of chocolate another video game another major rule of this balance is that with repeated exposure to the same or similar stimuli that initial response gets weaker and shorter, and the after response gets stronger and longer so, that as sort of Arnold Schwarzenegger type gremlin hopping on the pain side to bring it balance again, so we need stronger gremlins right and essentially what's happening in the brain.

 These Neuro adaptation gremlins is that we're down regulating our own dopamine transmission we're taking our dopamine receptors that are on the outside of our Neurons, and we're resorting them into the Neuron all of which is a way to accommodate this huge increased bolus in dopamine but again what ends up happening is now that opponent process reaction is stronger and longer, so we go from shorter and weaker to stronger and longer on the pain side of the balance and that is the fundamental sort of paradox or vicious cycle that we get into especially when we're living in a world in which we have nearly universal ubiquitous access to highly potent highly reinforcing drugs and behaviors which don't just release a little of dopamine but a whole huge bolus, and we're all surrounded by them all the time every day and over time what that means is that we're bombarding our dopamine reward pathway with way more dopamine than our primitive brains can handle, and the result is that we end up with enough gremlins on the pain side of the balance to fill this whole room, and they are now camped out there and that's called Allostasis, so we've gone from Homeostasis to allostasis and allostasis is where our body has to accommodate and work very hard to try to restore Homeostasis.

 If it's unable to do that using the normal mechanisms it essentially changes our set point, so now we've got those gremlins camped out there they're not leaving even when we wait a while they're camped out there our balance it's easier to tip it to the side of pain, and it's really hard now to experience pleasure and when we're not using we're in a state of anxiety universal symptoms of withdrawal from any addictive substance anxiety irritability insomnia dysphoria and craving for our drug this is the fundamental problem if you look at rates of depression and anxiety all over the world today they are going up skyrocketing suicide rates too also physical pain the richest countries in the world are the countries that have the most suicide anxiety depression and physical pain and this is by different measures many survey measures many types of studies, so clearly we have something very strange going on here where the more we have of the kinds of you know ideal things that we think would make a good life right lots of food lots of fun stuff lots of medicines to protect us from you know illness and pain we've clearly reached some kind of tipping point we're now essentially more miserable than ever and the question is why, that the pleasure pain balance explains that because our primitive brains were not wired for an easy hyper convenient world we are suffering as a result of all of this access to these feel good things the first thing that we need to do is to cut out all of these feel-good substances and behaviors at least for long enough for essentially dopamine fasting right and whatever your source of dopamine is to cut it out for long enough now in clinical experience, have patients who come in seeking help for anxiety depression insomnia and the first thing that will typically do is to have them cut out their feel good drugs and behaviors we are hardwired to approach pleasure and avoid pain and that's really at the heart of our dopamine reward system dopamine is not just about the reward it's also about the wanting and the motivation, and its relative dopamine, so it's whether our dopamine is above or below tonic baseline that really is at the heart of this motivational cycle.

 So, the reason we give this to you in this way is because the consciousness of your cells are already in the vortex now when your physical body on a cellular level gets out of whack even in the slightest, the cell sends a rocket and source becomes it and the cell would equally acquiesce to the new becoming that's what the evolution of all species is about, but a cell in a body of someone who's worried about something, so the cell knows what it doesn't want knows what it does want source lines up with what it does want but in your worry you make it harder for that cell to come into alignment with its request did you hear that and so what pain is we know it's not something that you're talking about here, but it's something to be talked about what physical pain is the cell the new and improved vibrational cell calling the physic its physical counterpart in but in the consciousness of the human the cell is hindered and not allowed and that tug of war is what equals pain it's also what equals negative emotion doesn't that just make perfect sense to you yes, so the story you want to tell to yourself is my physical body is that my virtual body is clear and feeling really good.

 You pinch yourself off from the fullness of who you are and that pinched-off state of feeling to you like negative emotion your emotions are your indicator of how in alignment you are how fully and holy you are or how you are contradicting your own desire have you ever had an experience with another human usually they're related to you in some way or married to you or working with you or living next door or a complete stranger and you are having a conversation with them about something that you believe deeply in, and they believe deeply in it too they just don't agree with you and, so you explain your perspective which just makes them come on stronger with theirs, and then they explain their perspective which just makes you come on stronger with yours and so you've got this sort of tug of war going and rarely is there any consensus that is formed under those conditions because you just dig in a protective state to defend your position have you ever had that experience child.

What we want you to realize is that those two perspectives are present within you singularly individually you every day when you have a desire that you don't believe I want more money, but I want more money, but I've never had enough money I don't know anybody who really has enough money my parents didn't have enough money and while that is factually accurate it doesn't need to remain that way but the reason it does remain that way is because when you keep that vibration active as a belief then your desire can't get far out ahead of it and this is the thing this is the premise that we want you to begin with today we want you to listen to what we say next and try to get your thoughts around this because as you accept this progression of your evolution as you hear this simple premise that we're going to put forward right here everything else will be easy for you from now on as you are creating your own reality, so here's the premise you came from non-physical but not all of you came and in this physical body you have a role to play in the co-creation between you and your non-physical counterpart you said I'll be on the leading edge I'll explore contrast, and I will come to my own personal conclusions of what I would prefer beyond what is and your inner being said and when you do that we will accept from you the essence of what you are asking for, and we will hold it in a non-resisted state while you find a way of bringing your beliefs to match it in other words if you lived in a time in a space where there was not enough food and starvation is.

 What was happening all around you and your desire for abundance of food not just for your belly but for the bellies of those you love for the bellies of those that you don't even know you and however many of you that are having the experience usually millions are launching rockets of desires and all of your inner beings are receiving those requests and holding purely that thought of abundance of food, but the reality of your starvation in your human form keeps you from believing that keeps you from accepting that because what is so powerfully witnessed by you, and you would feel like a fool top re tend abundance when it isn't evident around you and now reality keeps you in starvation mode starvation of relationships or starvation of clarity starvation of abundance of all manner because what is in terms of what you're seeing and hearing and smelling and tasting and touching feels so real to you, and we want you to accept that while that is a reality there is a vibrational reality that is the beginning of all things that are coming, and, so these are the words that we want you to capture here that we want you to focus with us upon get out ahead of it get out ahead of it, now what do we mean by that, so you know what you don't want you know what you do want your desire got out ahead of your belief it got out ahead of it in fact it got so out ahead of it atomic bomb compared to firecracker kind of ratio it got so far out ahead of it that source and that which you call good and all manner of that which is goodness all non-physical is focused with you on your new out ahead of it desire out ahead of it now you could translate that literally out ahead of it meaning it hasn't manifested yet like the seed in the ground is out ahead of the corn stalk that will grow and the ear of corn that will grow in other words the potential is out ahead of the reality you get what we're talking about, but if the farmer didn't believe in the process of the seed becoming the ear of corn then he would never plant the seed and so often humans don't plant the seed because they want the corn to show up right now we know you get that in terms of corn, but we want you to get that in terms of everything we want you to realize that when you launch a rocket of desire that's a seed that is germinating in this vibrational reality and be intended by the gardener of all gardeners that which is source energy and your inner being, and it will become that which you want it to be, but you will not witness it if you are contrary to your own desire you see what we're getting at you've got to find a way to believe in your own desire you've got to believe in your own desire which means you've got to understand the process you've got to understand that there is a vibration that is becoming a thought and a thought that is becoming an impulse and an impulse that is becoming a manifestation in fact let's call the thought a manifestation too and let's call the impulse manifestation too in other words let's start watching for the evidence of your desires turning to things that you can witness rather than needing the thing to be there first so that you can then believe in it humans say well I'll believe it when I see it, and we say you've got to believe it before you see it, or you can't see it but what trips you up is that there are other things that you can see that have been created by others or that were here when you got here or that are easier for you to believe, so you don't quite make the equation that you as a creator as a master of creation have some mastery to accomplish, and you can't be lazy about it, you got to pay attention to what you're doing vibrational you can't just complacently move us on through life observing what you want that's a good thing because you create more of that.

 When you observe what you don't want not so good because you create more of that because this is a universe based upon attraction there's no exclusion in this universe so when you see something that you want you to say yes to it, you're saying yes to something that you want and there's a very good chance that you are non-resistant to that and so it will flow easily usually quickly into your experience but when you see what you don't want, and you shout no at it, you're really saying yes to the thing that you do not want, so you're saying yes to not enough money at the same time you're saying I want more money and yes I want not enough money, and you want to say no I'm not I'm saying yes to money and no to not enough, and we say no you're not you're saying yes to money and yes to not enough money you've got a tug of war going on in side of you because in this universe that is vibrational it's not verbal strange we are verbal, so much this is not a verbal universe this is a vibrational universe, and, so you are speaking a vibrational language and in many cases, you are misusing it because you don't realize that you're speaking a vibrational.
